By downloading or using danceform ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
danceform is an iOS application that helps dancers capture, organise, and practise their moves and routines. It is provided on a freemium basis — a free tier with limited storage and a Pro subscription that removes limits.
danceform Pro subscription. danceform Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, available monthly or annually, each with a 7-day free trial. Prices are set in Australian dollars as the base (A$4.99/month, A$39.99/year); the App Store shows the final price in your local currency for your store region (for example, US$2.99/month), with A$4.99 as the base. Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends, and any unused portion of a trial is forfeited on purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings.
You retain all ownership of the video clips, move names, notes, and routines you create in danceform. We claim no rights over your content. Your content is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.
You agree not to use danceform in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that violates the rights of others. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Pro users may add music from their Apple Music library to routines. This feature requires an active Apple Music subscription managed separately. danceform does not distribute or store any music — it integrates with the tracks you are licensed to play via Apple Music.
danceform accesses Apple Health data in read-only mode for the Dance Fitness feature, subject to your permission in iOS Settings. We are not a medical device and dance fitness data should not be used for medical decision-making.
danceform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any loss of data on your device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of danceform is limited to the amount you paid for a Pro subscription in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the App Store release notes. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
